1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name tr66, accessible at https://tr66.asia ("the Platform", "tr66", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("the Member", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

tr66 operates under an international gaming authority licence. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under that licensing jurisdiction. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. Eligibility

2. You must be an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, nominee accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are prohibited.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tr66 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by tr66 or any of its licensed game providers or software suppliers.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the tr66 Platform or any affiliated platform.
6. You must be of sound mind and not using the Platform under the influence of substances that impair judgment.

tr66 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tr66 may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of tr66, you must register a Member account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may register and maintain only one tr66 account. The existence of multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether identified by name, identity document number, residential address, telephone number, email address, payment method, IP address, or device fingerprint — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your details promptly if they change.
• Identity Verification (KYC): tr66 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (for Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents) or a valid international Passport. tr66 may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method.
• Registration Refusal: tr66 reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide reasons.
• Minors: The registration of an account by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Where tr66 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tr66 login credentials, including your username and password. The following security obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason whatsoever.
• tr66 support staff will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to tr66 immediately.
• You must notify tr66 immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorised access to your account.
• All transactions and activities conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified tr66 of the compromise of your credentials prior to the relevant activity.
• tr66 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tr66 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: tr66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and USDT. Available payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: tr66 is not obligated to process any withdrawal request from a Member who has not completed KYC identity verification to tr66's satisfaction.
• Processing Times: tr66 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed at the point of request. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where tr66 has grounds to investigate the transaction.
• Deposit Restrictions: Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. tr66 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards issued in a third party's name, or anonymous payment sources.
• Chargebacks and Reversals: Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit transaction constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tr66 reserves the right to recover the disputed amount from any outstanding balance and to close the Member's account.
• Currency: All transactions processed on the tr66 Platform are denominated in MYR. Where a deposit source currency differs, conversion rates may apply at the discretion of the applicable payment provider.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activities on tr66. Product-specific rules (Sportsbook, Casino, Slots, Lottery, Jackpot) are detailed in the respective product rule pages accessible within your Member account:

• All bets placed are binding once confirmed. tr66 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been confirmed, except where a bet has been voided by tr66 due to an obvious error or technical fault.
• tr66 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds, on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where technical errors affected the odds or game outcome.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per day, as displayed within your Member account. tr66 may apply individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.
• Bet settlement is final once confirmed by tr66's system. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised with tr66 support within 72 hours of the settlement time.
• In the event of a dispute between a Member and tr66 regarding the outcome of any bet or game, tr66's transaction logs and system records shall be the definitive reference and shall prevail absent clear evidence of a system error.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

tr66 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members. The following terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions. These are published alongside each promotion offer.
• Bonus funds are generally subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's terms.
• tr66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Members who are found to have abused promotional offers — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, exploitation of software errors, or use of automated tools — will have their bonus funds confiscated and their accounts suspended.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players. tr66 reserves the right to exclude specific Members from individual promotions at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the stated wagering requirements.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tr66 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, subject to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game information, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip-dumping, or coordination with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in game logic or pricing to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering laws.

• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your tr66 account.

9. Intellectual Property

No part of the Platform's IP may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of tr66.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• tr66 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• tr66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• tr66's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their tr66 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• tr66 shall not be liable for service interruptions arising from maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or events beyond tr66's reasonable control.

11. Responsible Gaming

tr66 is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable persons. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders of time elapsed and session activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

12. Termination & Suspension

tr66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where tr66 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct;
• Maintaining the account would expose tr66 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The Member has requested self-exclusion; or
• The Member's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon termination, tr66 will process the withdrawal of any verified legitimate balance remaining in the Member's account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which tr66 holds its international gaming authority licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution through tr66's formal complaints procedure in the first instance.

Formal complaints may be submitted to tr66 in writing via the contact details set out in Section 15 of these Terms. tr66 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 3 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through tr66's internal complaints procedure, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by tr66's licensing authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

tr66 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, tr66 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the tr66 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify tr66 of your wish to close your account.
